Our Participant Directed HPC program empowers you to take control of your care by hiring and managing your own personal care assistant. You can interview and select a caregiver who meets your specific needs and preferences. We also provide training and support to ensure a successful employer-employee relationship.
Participant Directed HPC can assist with tasks such as:
- Bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders and management (where applicable)
- Assistance with errands and appointments
